For 50 years, Conestoga College has been a vital contributor to the economic development of Waterloo Region.

As a leader in polytechnic education, our focus on career-based education, training and applied research to meet the changing needs of students and industry has been an important factor in the economic success of our region.

We deliver education and skills training to a wide and diverse range of learners from here in the community and around the world.


Since 1980, more than 220,000 individuals from the local community have participated in Conestoga’s Continuing Education and Corporate Training courses to build their skills and knowledge.

Over the last 5 years, more than 170 employers have relied on Conestoga to support the upskilling of their employees through the college’s Corporate Training services.
